Visited on the afternoon of Saturday, 8/9/25, to get one of the arms of my sunglasses repaired, fully expecting to drop it off and come back days later as I did for previous repair at another shop. But no! Mary took the frame back to the workshop and less than 10 minutes later had attached another arm that was an almost perfect match to the original (see attached photo). At less than $40 for an almost instant repair with no appointment the price and service were unbeatable. Kudos to the thoroughly delightful Mary and the rest of the awesome team at this hidden gem of a store. Bravo! 😃

I am a recent transplant to Nova and broke my plastic frames. I ordered a replacement and when they arrived I started looking for some place to put in the lenses. I spoke to Nathan at Eyeglasses Express and was told that they could probably just pop them in and if the lenses needed to be cut they could do that also, while I waited.
When I arrived they took them back and had me squared away in about 15 minutes. While I was waiting, I saw how they treated the other customers. This is a business that truly puts the customer first. When Nathan brought them out he said there was no charge, I was blown away.
When I got home, the first thing I did was break one of the arms on the new frames believe it or not. I called back up and was told that they had just thrown the trash out but they would go out and find the old frames and leave them in the mailbox for me as it was past closing time for the day. When I arrived, they had taken the arms off of the broken frames, cleaned them and left them right where they said they’d be.
It’s rare to find such a customer focused business and my family will be buying all of our glasses here from this point on as long as we’re in the area!

Quick, efficient, and enterprising. I needed to confirm that my prescription eyeglasses made elsewhere were accurate and true to prescription. I walked in to eyeglass express on a Saturday afternoon and was attended to by a young man in glasses. He adroitly managed another customer while also attending to my needs. I did not wait beyond five minutes and he confirmed my prescription was accurate in less than five minutes and did not charge me for the exercise. He was also enterprising enough to suggest he could make the same glasses at a much more competitive price with a relatively quick turn around time of a few days. The interaction was professional and competent and I would pick eyeglass express the next time as my friendly local optician for future prescriptions. I highly recommend the place.
